30. i think knowing ur limits is important!! when i saw trinity of terror the show was stopped 6? times from people passing out and. its not that those people were at fault but do think everyone should be aware of the minimum amount of food water rest etc they need before heading to a show. and also drinking while ur there!!! i can get by on very little myself and be okayish but that certainly isnt the same for everyone so like. drink water eat sleep dont exert yourself if u dont feel well. also please for the love of god wear earplugs everyone wear earplugs im Begging. wear earplugs
