Yes, quite, if the situation requires it I would say that he differs from the original Pepperman by being more calm and has a special charm (well, you know, these tough men from crime movies with charisma-). But unlike the same M!Pizzahead, he will never threaten anyone in vain, but will try to solve the problem diplomatically. He resorts to more serious methods only in extreme cases when he or any other person may be in serious danger
