Yayy Finally I was able to draw my favorite Magis in one picture!!! I have to say I really like these two and the way they see the world completely differently from each other is very funny to me :3 (I'd like to draw alibaba and the whole ren family too but... time has been very cruel lately)
A/N: tbh not one of my proudest ones and I feel like I made Solomon a little ooc. I also haven't seen magi and needed to refresh about Solomon's story sooo yeah. Hope you guys like it (ᵕ—ᴗ—)
Coming back from the last rescue and fight against the church, Solomon and his team came back. (Y/n) stood outside of their building and waited for them. Standing beside her were a few that didn’t go with them and took care of their hide out.
Coming back, (Y/n) realised that they had brought one more person with them.
“Welcome back, who did you bring with you this time?”
“(Y/n)-sama, this is Sheba she was one of the people that got brainwashed–”
“I wasn’t brainwashed! I did what the lord told me to do!!”
Everyone else just ignored her and Solomon walked closer to (Y/n) while she just looked at her blinking. Turning to Solomon, who just shrugged, she didn’t say anything and just nodded.
“(Y/n), I need your help with a formular.”
“Sure.” Solomon and (Y/n) left the others with Sheba and let them handle it as they walked inside. Even though, Ugo would have preferred to follow those two and lend them a hand, he was ultimately stuck with the others.

“I guess we will be stopping here, Solomon?” (Y/n) looked over the continental rift that stretched on for kilometers. Solomon moved next to her, away from the arguing staff users and crossed his arms.
“Yeah. It’s for the best.” deadpanned, he lifted his staff and made everyone turn their attention outside. “Well then, everyone! Be sure to say hello to the people living on this territory before resting.”
“Eh?” confused everyone now saw the manticores gathering in front of them.
“!!!” Sheba nearly felt unconscious as Ithnan and Ugo were surprised by the sight to, one more eager about it then the other.
“It’s the manticore!! Their village must be under here!!”
_______________________
Entering their village, (Y/n) just laughed weakly and with adoration as Solomon ran off to whatever had caught his interest. Leaving the others behind.
“....What the… he seems like a little child all of sudden…”
“Solomon is interested in the others species’ way of living and culture. The thing he likes the most is to touch them!”
“On that note, I should probably make sure he doesn’t go over board… again…” with a soft sigh (Y/n) walks after the eager magician.
“Ok (Y/n)-sama.” Ugo waved her goodbye as he stayed next to Sheba and explained further. Meanwhile, both of them watched as Solomon and the manticore he was ‘communicating’ with. Both of them were gesturing like wild, even attracting other manticores while (Y/n) simply stayed near them and held Solomon’s staff in her arms. Near her was another manticore that was just curling up behind her as they both watch the spectacle unfold.
Many things had unfolded during the day, at some point Solomon and (Y/n) had led a young manticore to Sheba. The young manticore carried a flower that they had wanted to gift to the girl as an apology and both had seen no problem with that. In the end both 17 year old watched the girl play around and draw pictures on the floor with the manticore. Sitting at the side, (Y/n) leaned against Solomons shoulder and read the book she had found. Solomon would scribble information into his book he always carried and read over her shoulder while looking up to Sheba to make sure she wasn’t doing anything like she did in the past.
He had no problem with trusting her and knew that nothing would happen, but after some time thinking about it and (Y/n) voicing her concerns they both decided to at least keep an eye on her when they can. To make sure she sees the real world and steps out from the brainwashing she had received. They think it would be easy to make her see reason as she was still young.
At some point in the night, (Y/n) and Solomon left the house the young manticore was living in and went to the place they had received for them to sleep in for the night. Lying down, Solomon pulled (Y/n) closer into his arms and tugged her under his chin.

Leaving the village they encounter the manticores again, now under the influence of the Orthodox church. After listening to Sheba’s speech about how guilty she felt and how it’s their fault for saving her, Solomon and is people start to use their powers and fight against the leader of the church. Meanwhile, (Y/n) and Sheba stay back and watch from afar. All of them had been apart from those “Towers” at one point in their live, but not (Y/n). She had joined them in the beginning when Solomon freed himself from under his fathers hold. She hadn’t had a divine staff like the others but was still one of the strongest in their group.
Snapping out of her mesmerisation, Sheba turned to her frowning. “Why aren’t you fighting?”
(Y/N) hummed and crossed her arms as she watched the others fight and destroy the ship. But before she could answer, both of them watched as a lighting went to the young manticore, Momo. Shocked, Sheba immediately jumped in front of Momo and protected him. Coughing up blood, Sheba stood shakenly and screamed “Please! I beg you save Momo!!” Crying her eyes out at she tried to keep her third eye open and magic flowing for the first time without the ‘Tower’.
“Reverse” (Y/N) mumbled and with a flick of her wrist diverted the beam back to its source as she appears in front of Sheba. Solomon whistles lowly as he sees that, rambling on about the physics of the magic to Ugo as he attacks the rest of the ships.
“SOLOMON!!!” Sheba screamed as every ship went towards him.
“Dhoruf Sabaha!!” Solomon redirected the Dhorrs’ flow and crashed the whole fleet. (Y/N) went towards the flabbergasted Sheba and tipped her chin back up, to close it. Sheba simply let her do that as she was dumbfounded by Solomon’s strength.
______________
After that, years passed and Sheba had started to grow up. Arba, Solomon and (Y/n) came back from their visiting a species village. (Y/n) kept quiet and walked with Solomon who just seemed tired.
"Welcome back, Solomon, (Y/N), Arba!” Ugo greeted them as the others walked behind him. “What happened to Solomon? He doesn’t seem to be in a good mood.”
“Well… It’s because of the other species. It’s good that they respect him, but we discovered that they built a statue to worship him…” Arba explained.
“I see.. He really hates those kinds of things…”
“Quit talking about those dumb things. In the mean time, Ugo, Tell me how that research is going.” Solomon interjected their talk darkly, (Y/n) could only sigh and chuckle weakly as she kept an eye on him.
“A-alright!”
“B-by the way the others species were once again curious about us!” Arba spoke up, trying to lift the mood and change the subject.
“Eh, about what?”
“They asked ‘Why does the magicians have so few old people and children?’”
“Ah… that again.”
While they discussed the age topic and Sheba became embarrassed about it, (Y/n) kept her focus on Solomon who sat down and started flipping through his book.
“You know, you should stop worrying about that.”
“...drop it (Y/n).” she could see how his jaw tensed and sighed. She stayed next to him for a second and ran her hands through his hair before walking to the chair that was next to him.
“It’s not like you will be God with some simple statues.”
“(Y/n).”
“I’m just saying. Just because you don’t want to be seen like that donor, doesn’t mean that it’s going to happen.” (Y/n) ignored the glare that was piercing through her and leaned back, crossing her arms and legs as Wahid came over. And Solomon picked up the topic the others had started.
“Well, at that time few humans would live more than 50 years. They bred as a last resort.”
“That’s not just a last resort!”
“If you count wanting to have their bloodline continue. I would count it.” (Y/n) tilted her head back, hair flowing down behind the chair.
“It definitely isn’t!” Wahid shouted exaggerated. “It’s good to have a child with the woman you love. You should have one too, Solomon!”
“Eh~ I’m fine, I’m 200 years too early for that…”
“Man, you are so cold!” Wahid looked towards (Y/n) and opened his mouth but shut it quickly when she glared at him.
“Don’t even try it.” raising his hands in peace he retreated.
“You’re right. That was cold. Even if I talk about familiar Love to the other species, I have never truly experiences myself. I don’t have brother. I don’t have a single memory of love between my father and I. It’s not a lot I know about it.” Solomon glanced towards (Y/n), his gaze softening a bit before turning to the others.
“That’s why I get jealous when I look at you four. You have a love for family that I never had. That’s why, from now on… When you notice things that I lack, you should say it to my face, and tell me how cold I am. Ithnan, Setta, Wahid and Falan.”
“You also say things that burn, you know?” Wahid gritted his teeth.
“Anyway children, huh…” standing up, Solomon stole a gaze towards (Y/n), eyes glued to her for a few second before turning to Sheba with a deadpan look.
“W-What!?”
Staring at her while her face turned redder and redder, Solomon turned away to Arba when Falan spoke up.
“Do you feel like making one, aru!?”
“If we want to have a brat, we already have this one here, and that’s more than enough, right?” Solomon pats Sheba on the shoulder with a smile and laughs. (Y/n) had to bite her lips as she heard that and walked over as the others were shocked.
In the evening, Solomon and (Y/n) sat next to each other and enjoyed the evening breeze. The day wasn’t extremely tiring but both of them hadn’t particular liked that day.
“You know, that wasn’t very nice of you what you said about Sheba.” (Y/n) said softly, the only other thing that could be heard was the rustling of her flipping the page in her book.
“I didn’t meant to be mean.”
“I know.”
“sigh I just don’t like that they try to push her towards me. She still feels like a child to me, more like an annoying little sister.”
“Hmm, yeah I see what you mean.” Solomon discarded his book to the side and let himself fall down to the side. Falling for a few second before landing in her lap. Turning around, he pushed the book away so he could connect their eyes. Staring for a few second, he opened his mouth for one question that had been sitting on his tongue for a while.
“(Y/n)? Would you want some?” Smiling down, she blinked in confusion, tilting her head, she stared back raising an eyebrow.
“Want what exactly?”
“Children.”
____________
A few days have passed since that conversation and they have been on a visit with the others to see how the village, where they had left some magicians, was doing. The moment (Y/n) stepped through she could feel hostility in the air. Discreetly she brushed her hand against Solomons as they walked further in.
When they arrive they see species fighting each other and quickly separate them without harming them.
“I sentence that all the magicians in the Zohal continent, Shamal District, second ‘Isolation Barrier’ expect for the district chiefs be expelled. I will also confiscate the ‘Divine Staves’ from the ‘Berserkers’ and the ‘centaurs’.”
“WHAAT?! THAT’S TYRANNY!!”
“E-Expelled? What did we do wrong? We did this for you… Lord Solomon!!”
“Silence.” he stood in front of them. “To use the others species to increase your own personal fortune is the same thing that the orthodox does.”
Solomon and (Y/n) stood silent as they listened to the shouting of the one who caused everything. It annoyed her that they think that they had been doing all this for Solomon. The amount of audacity they had to think that they were doing something good making the species fight each other.
“He has released you from the prison he created himself in order to obtain the rapport of you and the other species…and after 300 years of deception, he now want to become the sole ruler of this world…”
“That’s a lie!! Solomon is only 22 years old!!” Sheba interjected.
“Can you prove that? He could be several hundred of years old. You could have been lied to by the leaders as well, right?” he sneered. And while it didn’t work on those who knew Solomon, it did work on the Species that listened and had fought just minutes ago.
(Y/n) rubbed her forehead and walked forward while the man continued to spout nonsense. Seeing no end to his shouting, (Y/n) decided to shut him up.
“You know. You are definitely getting on my nerves.” (Y/n) muttered darkly and grabbed his jaw, shutting him up and tilting his head back. Eyes narrowed and pieces of hair obscuring her sight, she made sure he could see her face clearly. “Saying Solomon is more than 300 years old while also being that bastards son? How does work, tell me. It may work, but you must know. David Jehoahaz Abraham had introduced Solomon himself when he was just a baby. And that was 22 years ago. So tell me, oh so smart one. How could Solomon be 300 years old if he got introduced to the world 22 years ago?” Releasing the man, she pushed him away and turned away.
“S-So what? Elder David could have introduced any child at that time!!” Desperate, he shouted it out. Uncertainty clinging to his skin.
“Your excuse for your behaviour are as flimsy as paper.” With a bored handwave she broke the restriction barrier and turned around. “But if you truly believe so, be my guest. Take his head if you dare.”
Shocking everyone, the species didn’t know what to do.
“What the hell, (Y/n)?!”
“What the hell have all of you been thinking?” Sheba stepped forward and started lecturing.
“Sheba?!” Ithnan tried to keep her back.
________________
After successfully stopping another David overtake of the world and war between every Species, Wahid someone of the ‘Resistance’ thought it would be time to at least let everyone relax. Drinks had been passed around and the tension from before had been masked for now.
Feeling down, from another rejection from Solomon, Sheba sat next to Falan and drank. She hadn’t drunk before but both Arba and Falan had accepted that she should be allowed to. Arba felt a little bad cause she was the one who asked her to become Solomons wife. Sprawled on the table, Arba rubbed her back as she whined and complained about all the rejections. She felt discouraged after getting so many rejections.
“How am I supposed to become his wife and stay by his side if he rejects me everytime!”
“Don’t fret too much about it, Sheba. It will work.” Arba encouraged her while Falan kept quiet and watched their interaction. Falan felt a little confused on what Arba and Sheba were planning, in the beginning she just thought that Sheba was just proclaiming her crush. But she hadn’t thought that Arba would push it so far.
“Has Arba forgotten that Solomon is already taken aru?” Confused Falan sipped her drink and looked towards Solomon and Ugo’s table. Both were deep in a discussion about a new theory Ugo had come up with. Solomon nodded along as he leaned back and sipped his own drink. For once not burrowing his nose in a book.
“Maybe he will accept my proposal today!!” Falan flinched together when Sheba slammed her hands on the table and stood on unsteady legs. Determined she walks up to the unknowing Solomon. Concerned Falan looks over to Arba.
“You sure that is a good idea, Arba aru?”
“Oh, don’t worry.” Arba waved her off and watched Sheba stumbling towards the leader. Closing in, Sheba accidentally knocks against their table. Glass rattling and papers falling made both man look up and meet a flushed faced Sheba.
“Everything ok, Sheba?” Solomon frowned as he looked up. Without a word Sheba leaned in and hugged his arm.
“Ne~, Solomon. Go out with me~” Bothered Solomon leaned away as Sheba pressed herself closer to him. Looking over her head, he made eyes contact with (Y/n), who was unbothered and looked over the rim of her glass before turning back to her conversation. Frowning, Solomon politely releases himself from the younger girls grip, striding over to his unbothered partner. His ears were flushed and jaw tightened when he stopped behind her. Reaching out, he cups her throat and makes her lean back so she would stare up at him.
“Solom–” He didn’t give her the chance to finish and kisses her. The whole room fell silent. No one expected Solomon to be so bold, not even (Y/n) herself. He deepened the kiss, tongue slipping past her lips.
Sheba across the room, stood completely frozen. The shock of his action sobering her up immediately. She switched between white and red, feeling completely embarrassed.
“My, my.” Wahid whistles, grinning from one ear to another.
“Didn’t think he would do that.” Ithnan commented.
“Come on now, Ugo. There’s nothing to be embarrassed about.” Setta teased, nudging Ugo who covered his eyes from the scene, turning red himself.
A stunned Arba walked over to Sheba, still trying to wrap her own head around what she was seeing right now. Disconnecting their lips from each other, Solomon sits down on the free chair next to her and pulls her on his lap. Wrapping his arms around her, he leans his forehead against her shoulder and kisses her back as they act like nothing happened.

Later that evening, both of them were in their room. Solomon had his arms around her waist as he lies on top of her. Running her hands through his hair, (Y/n) looked down at the blue haired boy.
“Sooo, you going to tell me what that was about back there? Cause I know that you weren’t tipsy.” (Y/n) chuckled a little as she saw Solomon burry himself further into her chest and grumbled. Which was uncharacteristic of him, but he is more relaxed when they are alone.
Mumbling something against her skin, she raised a brow, having no idea what he said. But thinking of it she could roughly know what had been going on.
“Sheba?”
“Yes.”
Chuckling, she was the only one of the two who found the situation amusing. Solomon tightened his grip on her. “Why didn’t you stop her?”
“Well,” (Y/n) kissed the top of his head “I knew that you wouldn’t reciprocate her attempts. So I didn’t feel like I need to go between you two.”
“I would’ve preferred you did. Then our time wouldn’t have been cut short.” Resting his chin on her, he looked at her with an annoyed and disappointed expression. “But I think, I have an idea how to get that time back.” (Y/n) gave him a curious look as his slowly turned mischievous.
