Optical Illusion & Mystery Symbols (Magic Kit 2.2)
When I rebuilt Magic Kit last year, one of the reasons was to make adding new tricks easier. The fruits of all the hard work can be enjoyed today with the release of Magic Kit 2.2 which contains two amazing new tricks.
Mystery Symbols is the first iPad-only addition to Magic Kit. The trick is an evolution of an idea I've had since the iPad first launched. There are three tokens, each with an ESP symbol on its surface. A spectator can arrange the three tokens in any order then slide down a cover to hide the arrangement. You instantly know where each token is placed. The secret is so hidden you can repeat the trick.
Optical Illusion is a genuinely impossible looking piece of magic. The trick is a visual transformation where the spectator sees the change happen before their eyes.
