Title: Magic Shifts | Author: Ilona Andrews | Publisher: Ace (2015)
I love it when I'm reading a book and the author is very clearly weary to their bones about an issue:
Finished magic shifts (excellent book btw Eduardo and George my shaylasss) and just started magic binds and Kate you have to get rid of your dad he is so annoying I can’t take it anymore . And I’m a little afraid of what in the world Hugh is doing he’s being missing for a while.
Julie is turning into such a mini Kate!
Finding out that Kate knits is so surprising but at the same time not surprising in the least, because it's a practical skill and she really is a self sufficient jack of all trades. Is there anything she can't do!
Well played Julie, well played
We love a protective, I'll kill for you couple
The way I go absolutely nuts for characters protecting others with their bodies. Curran really didn't hesitate to take the brunt of the fire to protect Kate 😭
