Today I found out someone else at work got this thing. 😕😢 It was someone in an isolated department (the pharmacy), but it's enough to make me start freaking out.
I had a conversation with my best friend from college over lunch about everything. She is actually the first witch I ever met, and the friend who helped me along my Path. Though we practice differently (I'm more of a spirit worker/folk magic witch, she's a Wiccan), we are like sisters and I swear we knew each other in another life.
She said she was worried I was spreading myself too thin, trying to protect everyone. And that maybe GP and the Warrior don't have the strength to help me carry the burden, even with it split between the three of us. 😩 The Warrior doesn't even believe in magick, he's only helping because he knows it's important to me. So really, it's just me and GP alone.
Later when I talked to GP he said "if only the other two had held up their end of the bargain maybe it would have bought us some time". But if they had, I wouldn't have GP on board. The thing is, The Viking wanted to help, he just didn't know how. The thing I asked of him was just too big. And BB "witch" is a big fake, more into witch aesthetic than actual practice.
GP and I are both going to divine on the matter, but he said maybe we can't hold it back. Maybe we can't hold back the tide of fate. I stg he and my bestie are on the same wavelength, because he told me I shouldn't carry it alone, because it would destroy me. But that he'd help me in any way he could.
It sounds weird if I'm trying to explain it to non-magical people, but it feels like we are both archetypes, if that makes sense. Like everything we do in this world is also happening in the otherworld simultaneously. He says he'll do anything for me(magically), like he's a knight and this is his quest. For me it feels weird to be looked at as someone more knowledgeable.
When they called me Goddess of **(my dept)**, I didn't know that crown would come with actual magical duties, I guess.
