Spice and Wolf is pretty popular because of economy fans, so it should count (this is the reason why Log Horizon received the attention b/c same author)

I love Log Horizon. Although, that's likely due to my heavy MMO background and it actually feels like they are in an MMO setting. Rather than another popular "MMO"-based anime.

Either way, for some reason Spice and Wolf never really grabbed me. Which is strange, cause I'm a sucker for fantasy shows.
