MagnaRX: Is it really worth it?

When I first tried Magna Rx it was because it was suggested to me by the guy at the nutrition shop. He had recommended it to me when I went in to pick up my Protein and Glutamine powder a while back. 

I was sold MagnaRx as a body building supplement that would help with my muscle growth, cardio and as he put it improve my sex life. The latter I was surprised about and skeptical as my only intent was to pick up some supplements for my workout regime. The improvement in Libido would be an extra bonus!

Once I got home I decided to research a little more about Magna Rx and have since learnt that it is a male enhancement pill that claims to improve your stamina, length of your John Thomas and improve your Libido. While visiting their website, I learn this same company also sells many other types of "fringe" supplements and creams.

Honestly, it was when I tried to "Enter" their website alarm bells rang. Apparently you have to agree to a "Client Agreement" before entering the website. This is what I call a BIG RED Flag! I spent a few minutes trying to get through the small print, but words like:

"WAIVER OF CLASS ACTION RIGHTS. BY ENTERING INTO THIS TOS, YOU HEREBY IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT YOU MAY HAVE TO JOIN CLAIMS WITH THOSE OF OTHERS IN THE FORM OF A CLASS ACTION OR SIMILAR PROCEDURAL DEVICE. ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF, RELATING TO, OR CONNECTED WITH THIS TOS MUST BE ASSERTED INDIVIDUALLY."

It was just one exclusion clause after another. If this doesn't shout scam, I don't know what does. Seriously, any repetable company would not have to hide behind contract and legal limitation of liability when selling their goods. 

So you are probably wondering, after all this did Magna Rx work? Did it improve my sex life and libido? To be honest, I never did try the product. I went back to the store the next day and asked for a refund. I wouldn't touch that stuff with a ten foot pole.
