So, to that extremely small number of people that are following me for some reason :P

So I’m in this program at my high school called the “Magnet Program,” which is essentially a ‘high achieving’ group of students that are academically gifted. We do some pretty cool stuff with biotechnology, but the grant that this link leads to? WOW. We could really use that money. 

Basically, this is a $2,500 grant that ThankAmericasTeachers.com awards to 60 high schools in the entire U.S. It would be absolutely amazing if we were one of those schools.

If you could take ten seconds out of your busy life to just go to this link and vote, it would mean a lot. Trust me. You can read the proposal that my teacher made at the bottom, and it’s really convincing if you ask me. ;P All you have to have is a Facebook account; you just put in our city (Dallas) and state (Georgia) and zipcode 30157 and hit go. We’re the only one for our area, under “Proposal Name and Author” it should say “ T. Pedersen, Paulding County High School, Dallas, GAHunt for Hellbenders: An eDNA Approach”.
