And I’m not gonna leave the king out either. Holy hell, this was shades of Evil Ryu in SFIV. That Ciel < far Slash < Stun Edge < RC feels like a one frame link.

Did Ky originally wield the Magnolia Eclair during the Crusades before he gained the Thundersealed Sword.
If he did there’s (currently) no evidence of it. Most knights at that time wielded generic makeshift blades unless they were of high standing rank to wield more powerful weapons.
Though some fans suspect the original Magnolia Eclair was the “nameless Magic rifle” that he used in GG VastEdge.
Unless we get more info, there’s little information about it.
Still, he did get the Magnolia Eclair II as a birthday present.
