The Banes of Pandemonium

Pandemonium is a nightclub in the Williamsburg neighborhood in Brooklyn, New York that is run by Magnus Bane. The club caters to both mundanes and Downworlders; boasting an impressive dance floor, the latest EDM music, a bar, and a VIP section for clubbers seeking a more intimate experience, which is mostly for members of the Shadow World seeking relief from the mundane clubbers. The bar's menu includes a range of drinks and bites to suit any creature's appetite.

Last year I let the Lightwood-Banes celebrate Magnus’ bday (Dec 8) at home, but this year Magnus wanted some adult time with his husband. Carpe Noctem! Pumping music, drinks & food, heavy making out in VIP, and semi-public woohoo in the bathroom stalls. Happy Birthday, Magnus Bane!

We only saw Magnus’ club twice, in Season 1, and after those first episodes I guess the show couldn’t rent out the set location anymore, LOL. It was a shame though, because I thought it was so cool how on top of being High Warlock of Brooklyn, Magnus is also a businessman. He owns his own club, and provides a place where Downworlders can kick back and relax with mundanes, without Shadowhunters harassing them. What a king.

Pandemonium was filmed at a real club, the Uniun Nightclub in Toronto, Canada. On the show, it’s where that self-absorbed carrot Clary bumps into Jace, Magnus, Alec & Izzy for the first time -- literally.

Thus, Clace was born. Ugh. XP Effing tired of these two.

(All the eye contact is because Jace as a Shadowhunter is supposed to be invisible to mundanes, but for some reason Clary can see him -- cue the plot~!)

That beautiful stare from the beautiful Magnus is cuz he knows who Clary is, though Clary doesn’t know him (cuz he cast a spell to remove her memories -- cue more plot~!!).
