The First Letter
Hi, Adam.
I’ll be dead when you are reading this letter. Cool, right?
We haven’t talked to each other for a long time, and it’s so hard to tell face to face. So, I guessed, maybe we could make it when I am gone.
I planned a small trip for you, to help you to understand me a little bit, perhaps. I wish you could do it for me. It will be the last time, I promise.
Tell Clara I love her.
I’m sorry. Very, very much. But I just can’t bear it anymore.

The first stop for you is Blackfriars Bridge, where I used to take a walk. There is a tale about a suicidal ghost: a woman in black kept jumping from the bridge in the morning. I wished I could meet her every time when I walked there, maybe she is waiting for someone to stop her, just like me.

I folded the letter and put it back to my pocket. Clara would kill him if she read it, but she will never have the chance. Nor will I.
I looked at the bridge. The wind blew away the morning mist, made everything coldly clear. It was a pale and lonely morning. Only a few cars passed by, no other passengers, except a girl who had just climbed on to the wall of the bridge…

我們已經很久沒好好聊一聊了，而有些話真的很難當面講出來。所以我猜啦、也許等我不在時我們反而能把話講開。
我為你規劃了一個小旅行，或許透過這趟旅行能讓你多了解我一點點。我希望你可以為我完成它。我保證這會是最後一次。

我很抱歉，非常、非常抱歉。但我真的再也無法忍受了。

你的第一個景點是黑衣修士橋，以前我經常在那散步。那座橋上流傳著一個鬼故事：傳說一個穿著黑衣的女人會在清晨時不斷跳橋自殺。每次我散步經過那裡時總會期待能遇到她，也許她一直等待著誰來阻止她，就跟我一樣。

我向橋上看去，冷風吹散了晨霧，讓周圍的景色顯得異常清晰。這是個蒼白且寂寞的早晨，僅有幾輛車經過橋上而不見其他路人、除了一個剛剛爬上橋邊外牆的女孩以外……
