Do you ever post about spies and espionage relating to other nations than Nazi Germany or ussr
pretty sure i’ve never posted anything about nazi germany on here; i haven’t done much research into their secret police or spies at all if i’m honest. i have a reference to it in a post about british espionage in the occupied channel islands in wwii (the only british soil ever occupied by nazis which is covered tf up to this day bc that was the first i heard of it!!) and a post about nazis getting their asses kicked by the red army and how it’s kind of depressing listening to red army choir bangers about it when you KNOW mass bloodshed could have been avoided if stalin hadn’t been one half of a whole clown but ANYWAY aside from that i don’t post about nazi germany and certainly there’s nothing about that country’s espionage. curious as to what gave you the impression i post about it to the same level as soviet stuff tbh.
i’m a soviet historian, so my research tends to focus on soviet espionage (especially against britain) and stalin’s secret police. however i’m also very interested in british espionage, the history of mi6, espionage during wwii, etc, and that’s actually what started me on this journey into hell in the first place. if you go back through my blog there’s a fair bit about british espionage, but of course i’m especially interested in the back-and-forth between britain and the ussr during the cold war. i’d say that the ussr and britain are my main areas of expertise and clownery. hell, the icon and header of my blog is british espionage themed, so i’m way down that rabbit hole.
