The wizard, having his own authority he placed upon himself being the head of the White Council, appeared within seconds, and was merely inches away from where Thorin was said to be staying the evening. He pushed open the door, and revealed the heir to the last of the dwarfish kingdoms, studying a map and holding a key.
"Thorin, Son of Thrain, Heir to the Throne of Erebor. By the powers vested in me, as head of the White Council that protects these many lands of Middle-earth, I place you under arrest. For reasons of madness, and posing a threat to others, and yourself. You know not what wheels you have set in motion."
