Y/N POV
I dusted some lent of of my leggings, looking at myself in the mirror. I had a regular t-shirt with some jean shorts, legging underneath and my boots. A smile came to my lips as Austin wrapped an arm around my waist.
"You look fine. I told you earlier.", he stated hugging me.
"I know but I was just making sure.", I giggled when his lips pressed into my temple. Katelyn came around the corner with a knowing grin.
"Come on. Were about to go on.", she told us.
I could hear the crowd clapping as the host introduced us.
"And here they are. The kids of The Walking Dead! Chandler Riggs, Katelyn Nacon, Y/N Y/L/N, Austin Abrams, and Major Dodson." She announced our names as we walked onto the stage all smiles. We took our seats at the panel as the applause died down.
"Hey guys! Welcome!", she greeted with a wide smile.
"Hi." I waved.
"What's it like to be the kids of the apocalypse?", she asked us and we laughed.
"The little badasses.", I giggled and she smiled. "It feels like were showing that kids can survive this as well as any adult."
"You know when you hear zombie apocalypse and teens or kids in the same sentence you automatically think oh they're gonna mess everything up. But no in the show these teens do what they can to survive, same as the adults.", Katelyn added.
"Like hey we can survive too.", Chandler joked and I giggled.
"Just so I won't take up all the audiences' time because I'm sure they have questions. Why don't we go ahead and turn it over to the audience." Just as she said that hands shot up to ask us questions.
"How do you feel about losing two cast mates?", one asked.
"It's was hard. The second death came as a surprise to everyone on set. Like Woah wait a minute. Hold on now, what's going on I thought it was just one.", Chandler answered.
"My character wasn't even in the line up and I cried watching the premier.", I laughed.
"How is Enid and Y/C/N's relationship with Maggie?"
"They both see Maggie as a motherly figure. Seeing how both characters lost their mothers to the walkers. Especially now that she's pregnant, they'll do anything to keep her safe.", Katelyn answered.
"I have a question for Y/N and Austin. Now its rumored that two of you are a thing. Is that true?", she asked as Katelyn and Chandler looked in my direction.
"What?"
"Her and Austin are just crazy about each other.", Katelyn stated with a grin.
"Katelyn!", I squealed covering my red face.
"What its true!", she said as Chandler clapped his hands dying of laughter.
"How did you two become a couple?", she asked us and I looked at my blushing boyfriend.
"Around the beginning half of season 6. When Ron and Sam are first introduced he came to me and asked if he could go over the script with me and I said yes. It kinda went from there.", I said and he nodded, taking a sip of his water.
"I thought she was cute so I went for it.", he chuckled and I smacked his arm.
"So how did you feel when The Anderson family died on the show?"
"I was a little sad since he wasn't going to be there anymore but the producers said it was alright for him to come on my lunch break.", I replied and the crowd cheered.
"Aren't you two cute.", Chandler said sticking his tongue out.
"Don't be jealous.", Austin told him causing us to laugh.
"Hey Carl knew her first!", Chandler stated and I clapped my hands while laughing.
"But Ron kissed her first.", Austin countered.
"Because he was confessing so it was required!", Chandler shot back and Katelyn hid her face in laughter at the two boys.
"I kinda wished that their characters got together. That'd be icing on the cake. The kiss was just a tease.", Major added and I blushed.
"Oh hush. And what do you know about teasing!", I said and he laughed at my embarrassment.
"Well Austin, what do you think about Major's input?"
"Don't answer that question please.", I said playfully and he chuckled at my reddened face.
"I definitely would've been able to kiss her more often so I wouldn't have went against that.", he stated and I hid my face on the panel.
"I think we've teased the two love birds enough.", Katelyn giggled sparing me from further embarrassment.
"I think so too.", I said earning laughs from the audience.
Austin placed soft kiss on my cheek causing me to squeal as the room erupted in compliments and clapping.
I miss them, little Sam & Carol.
