This is not progress. Small business is important to our streets and our social well being. Shopping Centres are already an archaic system of retail, why build more to sit empty as window dressing to a City that will have lost its heart? We do not need to copy the high streets of England from ten years ago. We've come further than that. This is a cop out to destroy our built heritage rather than look after it.
