I’ve been in the hospital more days in the past two years than I have been able to count.
I just had a really bad episode about half an hour ago.. I was sitting on the couch, kind of laying up, but I was starting to feel faint, and dizzy, the next thing I knew everything was black and I was struggling to move, I couldn’t move at all, it’s like I was frozen, my dad was sitting on another couch, I was trying to make a noise, or call his name but I didn’t have enough breath and I was to faint to move. After making “choking and gasping” noises for about 10 mins, he said he heard me almost say dad twice. I was trying to compress my throat to push enough air up and get enough noise out to alarm him that I needed help. He sat me up and tried to give me water and sat with me. This happens to me usually when I am alone or in bed. My heart rate slows down to the point where I faint or I am not able to breathe. I am thankful he is over with me right now because this time I may have not made it if I wasn’t sat upright to get the fluids out of my throat.
It usually happens about 3 times a month, but it’s getting worse. Tomorrow I go to the hospital for more testing. Most likely I’ll have to wear my heart monitor again for more than 24 hours. I used to have to wear it for that long and go in to see the results.
I am so so very tired, I want to go to bed but when I get to tired this will most likely happen again and I am having a lot of heaviness in my chest and problems staying alert/awake. I just pray that if I go , it’s peacefully.
I am living everyday I have to the fullest because when I have any kind of energy, or no pain/nausea I will take advantage of everyday possible.
I haven’t told anyone, not even my best friend of 11 years knows, but she found out the other day when I had fainted and ended up in the hospital, my dad had answered my phone. I am pissed off because I told him not to tell a single person but his answer keeps repeating over and over in my head..
I keep my circle small, and I love the ones that I keep close and love dearly.
He told me that it isn’t fair to keep this from the people that love me, because giving them an idea of why, and what happens when it does won’t leave them questioning why I kept it from them.
I let the fear and the disappointment keep me from opening my mouth.
I don’t want to scare anyone, or let them down or make them worry, we all have enough pain and worry.
Just know I love every single one of you, and I am sorry for keeping this from you.
I hope to see every single one of you and spend as much time together as we can.
Let’s make memories and happy times.
When my time comes it will, and that day will be celebrated, not scorned.
I wasn’t lying when I said it’s nothing, I just hate to see someone upset in anyway.
Much love. So much love. I fucking love all of you so much.
