Realizing that journaling doesn't have to be prose. It doesn't have to be a daily / weekly / monthly narration of what you experienced and felt.
You can just... Make a list. Of things that happened to you? Things you want to remember?? A dotted list, or even a fucking chart, divided in different pages according to the subject, following your own arbitrary system....
Like, I know a lot of people know this already. But I didn't know, until I figured it out, and it's like..... I can fucking remember precious things now. I am still working on getting the hang of it, but fuck if it hasn't improved my memory, and the way I experience life.
