Bare with me but I seen ur post abt kates boreing wife and I had a picture of her wife crocheting all day then forcing laswell to try in a sweater she made to make sure it fits :3
Annie's day to day is on a complete different level than Kate's. She ran out of the color of yarn she was using for a shirt and was devastated because the only store that had it was closed. Kate had to talk through a hostage negotiation that ended with the guy's head being taken off the shoulders by a sniper.
She comes home after weeks away and gets home cooked meals, Annie complaining about the drama her friend in her book club keeps creating. And she's at peace. Her wife, safe, happy, and her biggest issue was that she had to order the yarn she wanted online. And Kate would take that every time. And she'll try on whatever sweater Annie gives her.
