I need actual help. It involves make up, Glow parties, and advice. I’m not good at any of the three.

So, my mom is going to a Glow Party. This place is black-lit and refuses to have an ac. So it’s always hot. She’s gonna go but wants help. She needs to find a way to wear Glow in the Dark lipstick and eyeliner/eyeshadow and make it stay. Also, she needs tips for how to make her make up more airy and less clumped on, I guess?
