Do you know of a good tutorial that teaches you how to make GIFs?

It really depends on where you're making the gifs. I use photoshop CS5.I didn't really watch a tutorial and learned it from that.I watched this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXW2vlNu5Rs And I got some help from my teacher.

What you basically do is to download the video.Then you go to Photoshop and go on file > Import > Video Frames to LayersThen you select "Selected Range Only" and then you cut it to what you want in the video section by holding shift down until you have what you want.Now is the editing, you have to have the "Animation" tool open.You can find it in > Window > AnimationAt this point you are ready to edit the gif.You basically just have to try and fail on this.If you know some basic stuff in photoshop, it's pretty easy to edit.If I find a good tutorial on this, I'll post it here. In the meantime, you can seek for yourself :)
