1. What is your name? Brian

2.What is your quest? To become a great writer and live in my own castle/library

3. What is the capital of Assyria? Assur. Originally anyway. History major skills ftw!

4. Tea/coffee/neither? Why? Tea most of the time. It's soothing and has so many benefits. Sometimes coffee if I really want to sleep.

5. Did you ever get the feeling/that the truth is less revealing/than a downright lie? It all depends on how you use it. Sometimes the truth is the greatest lie ever.

7. Why do(n’t) you like vegetables? I like some of them, because they're tasty. Others are just...no.

8. (this question is a recycled post of mine - if you have answered it, you may recycle your answer as well) If you could have a power that is too lame to be called super, but good enough to help you with one of life’s little annoyances or simply entertain you, what would it be? (no invisibility, laser eyes, immortality or any of that huge and awesome stuff.) My voice being able to subtlely persuade people to do things

9. My computer just froze and I had to reboot it. How lucky am I to have that Firefox thingie installed where things that I just typed don’t go kablooey in that case? (seriously, it really happened, and I would have gotten really upset) 9a. what is that thing I used called again? I don't use that on Firefox. Whoops?

10. Do you like hospital shows? What do(n’t) you like about them? They get tired fast, at least to me. There's only so many things that can happen to patients before you just roll your eyes.

11. Books - yes/no? I'll let you know once I've actually found a place to store the ever-expanding 5+ bookshelves...

12. Do you watch Community? Never really had a desire to.

13. If no, why the fuck not? I really just don't watch that much TV at all...

14. What’s your favourite book? I can’t pick a favorite. Never ask me to do that! I can't even pick a favorite single author...

15. What’s your favourite TV series? I would say Castle, because there are so many ways he and I are alike...being a successful millionaire writer is NOT one of those ways...

16. Fuck, marry, cuddle for three fictional characters of your choosing. Fuck? Hmm...Gin Blanco from the Elemental Assassin series. She's got that intensity and hunger that would drive anyone nuts, combined with the fact that she's a flat-out badass. Marry? Aly formerly of Pirate's Swoop. She's cunning, brilliant, sassy as hell, and doesn't take anyone's shit without dishing a ton more back to them. Cuddle? Kate Beckett. She's the kind of person who really does need a cuddle, she's gotten so wrapped up in the past for so long that she really needs the cuddles, even with how things with Castle are now.

17. Have you seen the Hobbit yet? Yes. It was totally off-the-wall in some places, but I definitely loved it!

18. Do you like butts? On and off. I'm never always drawn to butts, but butts in sweats, shorts, or jeans are quite nice. Just sayin'.

21. Long words or short words? Mix of both. It all depends on what's happening.

22. Best Subject? It would have been a tie between History and English/Lit, but since most of the history classes were U.S. History, which we studied until we bled out of every possible orifice, it was English/Lit. U.S. History bores me to death.

36. How do you feel about candles?  Seeing as my sense of smell is so strong, unless they're unscented mostly...can't stand them.

37. Which season is your favorite? Spring. It's warm enough to wear lighter clothes, and do things like beaching or walks, and filled with pretty flower scents, but not too hot for me to hide away from.

38. Which parent on TV do you think is the best parent? Martha Rodgers. She's crazy, totally unorthodox, but at the same time she loves her son deeply and is still imparting wisdom and frank honesty upon him even as he is in his 30s/40s whatever he's in.

39. Do have your own car? Or some other mode of transportation? I drive a 2004 Highlander.

41. Do you collect anything? If so, what? I collect dragon things, swords, and (mostly to use them) bowling balls.
