Learning CSS
Today, I started learning CSS. CSS helps to give style to text. I also learned that some CSS can be written in HTML, but this would not be worth doing for large and complicated projects. But I'm happy that I'm continuing to learn new things. So far it is manageable. I do fear forgetting stuff, but that is where practice comes in.

I have been craving ginger cookies lately. Ginger is my favorite spice. I even like it in perfume. Anyway the cravings could not continue for much longer. This weekend I found a recipe that does not include molasses and I made ginger cookies. Gingersnaps, specifically. Instead of molasses, it calls for honey. We also added fresh ginger and more of each spice than the recipe calls for. The cookies were a bit soft though we followed the instructions and baked them for twelve minutes. Then, the next day, we put them on for a little more with the bottoms of the cookies facing up. It was much better and the spices were even stronger. Even though the cookies were a hit, my family is excited to see how they will taste with the traditional ingredient of molasses. Looks like I'll be on a gingersnaps baking adventure next weekend too. And all I can say is I'm excited!
