@makingpastries liked a starter call and is expecting a delivery!
Deliveries to Naranja-Uva Academy would be one of Benji's most favorite tasks to do. The ancient architectural building and its luxuriously decorated interior would never cease to amaze the young deliveryman every time he made a stop there. The stairs leading up to the academy was part of the fun, too, and he could never really understand why people would bemoan such a lengthy flight of stairs when one could easily incorporate some lively jogs into their daily routine!
The aforementioned flight of stairs would soon be conquered once again by the energetic courier, which astounded many students who groaned in pain and sorrow as they clambered towards the top. With the layout of the academy memorized like the back of his hand, Benji would soon find his way to the recipient of this large package in his hands, and in a rather intrusive and obnoxious manner.
A sudden barge through the door of the Home Economics classroom sent everyone jumping in surprise, and Benji made his entry with the following (loud) declaration:
"DELIVERY FOR MR. PINK MAN!"
it had wandered away from silva, a lot. silva was in a completely different area, while this neon bright turtle was looking for anything interesting!! or something to eat, probably something to eat. it peaked it's little head into one of the doorways and nearly stumbled over! just to scramble back up.
" ru- paa! teru. "
@makingpastries // woe. turtle upon thee.

That dessert tray was anything but modest.
It’s a sugary, buttery, golden brown attack on her senses. There's glittering mochi, pastel-frosted cupcakes, rich cinnamon rolls, caramel-drizzled cheesecake bites, and—oh no—is that chocolate lava cake?
Elesa was already sweating a bit as she felt herself gaining calories by just looking at it.
“You said you were bringing light snacks. That—” She gestures wildly at the tray “—is a direct assault.”
"What cute, delicious yet SINFUL desserts to assault my very eyes."
"Are you sure this isn't personal?" {from here}
for Colress
Colress could only tut and shake their head dismissively. "Personal," a scoff. "It appears to me you know little about a scientist's life and work. Nothing is ever personal, unless you're the main test subject." And maybe Carlos was, but Colress had no intention of signalling him out or anything to that regard. Observing the same subject over and over again could only grow boring after a time. Carlos had to have a similar understanding, right?
There were many different people and Pokemon out there, all with their own lives and own strives. While Colress couldn't go any higher than he did those few years ago, back with Kyurem, he couldn't help but see more personal experiences people shared with their Pokemon partners. That trainer, that day, showed him that Pokemon fight at their strongest when there's a deep bond with their trainer, when there's something to fight for. But what of other regions of connection? There's more to people and Pokemon than battling. That, would be where his experiments ended up being all the more vague and open.
It was a blessing, and a very, very bad curse. At least Carlos didn't mind its pen and paper taking notes on his emotions and his figure. If he did, well, the scientist would be none the wiser. It was too engrossed in its study to stop by itself. "I plan to do nothing to you, if that's what you're worrying over. This is but a mere observation. That is all."
“Examine!” + Home Ec Teacher at Naranja/Uva Academy
Send “Examine!” and an item or person and I’ll write an RPG description of it/them. [ accepting ]
Professor Saguaro
The Home Economics Teacher from Uva Academy, invited over by the current reigning Champion of the Blueberry League. Though the man towers over most everyone he encounters, he's fond of sweets and cute Pokemon. Despite not being among the permanent staff at Blueberry Academy, he's already endeared himself to the students that have taken his class. You note that, were you better at showing up to class and participating, you might actually have fun learning to cook from this man. Oh well!

Mr. Saguaro. The Home Ec teacher.
You’ve gotten much better with your anxiety around him, it still persists. It wasn’t intentional that you had more of a bias to the teachers and staff who are women; it’s been there for years.
And yet despite his intimidating appearance, you and Mr. Saguaro share a similar interest in enjoying cute things. Even helping him be more out there with what he likes.
The relationship between both of you has gotten a lot better; just a bit more work on your end that needs to be done.

Nothing more than commerce, that day. At least the woman was playing the Valentine's Day Grinch role with a silent kind of passion.
❝ You made these ? ❞ A short comment, a sad attempt of feigning disinterest. The cupcakes look like they are made out of sculpt clay, little sculptures, not for one to eat but to appreciate. Art. ❝ Need two helping hands ? Apparently, I have nothing else to do. Might as well, right ? ❞
Couldn't hurt learning how to make cute sweets. It's not like she would regret spending her time in a warm kitchen. He looked sweet. She felt weirdly welcome, in a way.
Why not stay ?
