Yesterday’s Iced Coffee..... Iced Coffee and ONE YEAR (for us) of living with A pandemic, being quarantined, and so many changes. We started off quarantining with a touch of urgency, not seeing anyone, or going anywhere, doing only what we needed to do. Missing my kids and fur fam terribly. But just like with anything else, with time and education you learn to be more prepared, more cautious and aware of what’s going on. You learn to adapt and overcome. I personally learned to enjoy my sanctuary A little more. To need A little less. To enjoy what’s here and now and appreciate all things, great or small. We still tread lightly, gingerly and with caution....but we are still living and forging ahead A little more educated and A little more grateful. My year of iced coffee turned into A pandemic challenge...but now.. I will continue to have my morning iced coffee, (that may never stop!) pop in occasionally and share some happenings! Who knows, maybe I’ll need the continuing structure? Maybe A different challenge? 😂 Any ideas?!!
