Mala House is a newly designed, luxurious three story home with a private pool on the third floor. Enjoy beautiful views of the beach while relaxing on the many balcony spaces this home has to offer. This residence has 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and can accommodate 12 guests.

Street food yang lagi nge-hits di Muara Karang ini menggunakan mala yaitu campuran cabai & bumbu lainnya yang digunakan dalam masakan Sichuan, pedasnya tajam dan membuat lidah kebas. Step by step untuk pemesanan: 1. Pilih isi yang akan dimasak, min. 5 tusuk untuk lauk (diluar carbs/vegetables). Pilihan saya kali ini: bakso ikan, bakso salmon, fishcake, tahu ikan, daging ayam, maling, lapciong & pork bacon (samcan). Juga tersedia daging sapi, udang & cumi. Sebagai pelengkap bisa ditambahkan aneka sayuran, kembang tahu & jamur serta mie, bihun & soun. 2. Pilih tingkat kepedasan dr 0 - 4. For a start saya coba level 1 dan pedesnya tolerable lah buat yang gak kuat2 amat sama cabe 😂 Katanya standard nya level 2 ~ 3. Goreng/kuah: well this time cobain yang goreng deh... 🌶🌶🌶 Conclusion: Seperti halnya masakan Sichuan lainnya, ciri khas hidangan di Mala House pedas & berminyak. Bagi yang doyan pedes kudu dicoba karena pedesnya khas 👍 untuk bahan2nya sih standar tipikal yang digunakan di shabu-shabu/suki.
