Building blocks: foundation for intermediate jumps. Place three to four bricks on a mat with some space in between. Practice jumping onto and over the bricks. Also, practice learning to jump back. Keep knees bent and tucked in toward the body. Keep abdomen moving in. Round the back so the body size is compact. Keep arms straight! Exhale to jump. Let the pelvis guide the way. Practice. Practice. Practice. Eventually, jump to Bakasana (crow pose). Look forward.
