@carollfornia once helped me with pushing a piano several blocks along the sidewalk for a YouTube video 😂 thank goodness she and a couple others were there because I - being the complete derp that I was - thought I could push it by myself LOLOLOLOL . One of my friends has this amazingly awesome + pretty piano that I wanted to use for the video for my cover of Boston by Augustana - you can actually watch it in my IGTV or find it on YouTube :D The thing is, there wasn’t much space in this apartment to film so we had to push it all the way to the Dartmouth apartments near UC Irvine 🤦🏻♂️ never again ahahas . Looking back, it was pretty dumb of me to attempt such a thing - I should have just paid professional movers or used a diff piano/location for the video 😂 but, even though I clearly made an error in judgement, Carol supported me and helped me accomplish the task at hand . To be honest, that’s fairly indicative of my friendship with Carol and one of the reasons why I’m having such a hard time writing this caption right now. I just have a lot of feels and I don’t know how to articulate them xD . There are few people that I appreciate and admire as much as I do her & it would not be an exaggeration to say that I am who I am because of Carol Yee. More than I know how to say, I will always be grateful for the impact she’s had on my life .
