Been thinking about this off and on for a while...
Malenna fits best in Gryffindor. When she was little her favourite stories were the epic adventures about the brave, fearless heroes, and that’s what she wanted to be. She throws herself into everything, making snap decisions based on her instincts... sometimes she gets lucky. Fortune favours the Brave. ...sometimes it blows up in her face.

I’ve been listening to LIGHTS a lot today... and this song in particular really makes me think of Malenna... and a bit of Luithien as well... My precious babies that got thrust into a world they weren’t prepared for.
