Mitchell Tace Chapman charged after making offensive remarks on twitter relating to the flight MH17 crash

A man has been charged with making a malicious communication – offensive message – and is due to appear before Sunderland Magistrates Court on Monday, August 11.

This follows remarks posted on twitter relating to two of the men who died on the Malaysian Airlines passenger flight MH17, which crashed on Thursday, July 17, killing all 298 people on board.
