I'm really bad at picking favourites oops
I do want 'Wish You Were Here' by Pink Floyd played at my funeral though. I made that decision when I was like 14 and have stuck to it without hesitation. When I was on my way to the hospital after my father had his stroke, it came on the radio and I got real fucked up about it. Lots of meaning.
I have been RPing since like... 3rd grade or something crazy. I used to play pretend/LARP on the playground and we had a cool kids group who did SONIC back in the day (I was Knuckles) and we ended up building a huge storyline during recess. My best friend moved away and we kept in touch by sending each other RP letters and then eventually RP emails, which turned into giant OC worldbuilding things. I only RP'd original stuff for years with her and with my best friend from 3rd grade post-move, and the three of us made a whole big thing that I eventually began to make into a comic. We met online every night and spammed email RP posts until our parents made us go to bed.
I first RP'd fandom stuff online with a girl who insisted on me being Rufus Shinra to her really dumb OC. That was... 7th grade-ish? I really didn't mind, and eventually branched out into doing fandom RP with other people. Have some horror stories from that, trust me, haha!
So the roundabout answer is to keep in touch with friends who weren't around anymore and to use as character development/exploration/inspiration. I don't RP when inspired, I RP to BE inspired, haha!

Summer is really the best though. I love grilling and drinking fruity alcoholic drinks and Mike's and stuff, and sitting out in the warmth and looking at the stars. The beach is dandy and I love the smell of a summer breeze. Also, it's baby mantis season!
