What would you consider aging well? 🤔 This is something I’ve been thinking a lot more about as I get closer to the big 4-0! I mean, we all start to see an extra line here or there, a few more moles & maybe even a little puffiness is natural as we get older. But shouldn’t getting older coexist with getting better? Being happier? Living smarter?There’s a lot more to aging well than retaining our youthful appearance. And trust me! You won’t be looking all that great if life is making you miserable! 😖Yeah, you may have made a little money, But how is the light shining through your eyes? 🤩 Are you genuinely happy? Fulfilled? Healing? Your skin and health will ultimately tell the story. Mid-life is the time to take accountability, make necessary changes & use the wisdom you’ve learned over the years.
