“A movie with you sounds wonderful. How about something scary? It is the season of monsters after all.” He gives a small chuckle. “Don’t be afraid. I’ll protect you from any real creatures.”
As delicious as ice cream was, it would take too much focus away from the movie and he wouldn’t be able to hold you.
