“Digital Launima” (2018) is an epic three channel video installation by Vea Mafile’o at @st_paul_st_gallery until 6 July - it is such a special work, and @anslebans text is perfect. 15 years of art life, captured on VHS, film and phone, cut mesmerisingly into 16(ish) minutes of famili, arrivals, farewells and returning, celebration, ritual, milestones of life and love.
