Well, this #transformationtuesday is hard for me to post! I’m not yet where I want to be, but I have to take a second and appreciate the results from all of my hard work I’ve done so far. If you know me you know that I have been self conscious about my thighs for years! I struggle to build muscle in my legs (and lose it quickly) and my thighs are covered in stretch marks from pregnancy. Any time I’ve chosen to share progress on my fitness journey I get a lot of “you’ve always been tiny”, “it’s genetics”, and “you looked better before”.
