On this very day, April 13th, 2016, is when #KobeBryant declared #MambaOut. Many hearts broke in the Staples Center. It was the last time the legend ever played an NBA match. We all would like to remember it as #MambaDay. Now recently, the same Staples Center had to witness Kobe’s funeral at the beginning of this year. Today, 4 years later, Kobe fans remember his last match against Utah Jazz. Kobe led the Lakers to a thrilling win of 101-96 with a stunning performance. #Mamba scored a high ranking 60 points in the match and 23 points were scored right in the last quarter. He was simply tremendous in his last game as well. While fans from all over the world remembers Kobe’s big day, Vanessa Bryant posted an emotional message on Instagram. She even put up a video of Kobe’s career-high moments in the game and his last day on the court. “Life truly isn’t fair. This is just senseless. My husband worked his ass off for 20 years. Gave it his all. All he wanted was to spend time with our girls and me to make up for lost time.” She even listed out some of Kobe’s achievements like Kobe’s Oscar, Granity Studios, etc. She added and wrote, “Gigi worked hard and gave her all 7 days a week just like her daddy. I wish I could go back to that morning, every day. I wish they had a normal local game on January 26th” In his last interview, Kobe said he would rather be with his girls than doing anything else. "Be thankful that you've been given that gift because girls are amazing...I would have 5 more girls if I could. I'm a #girldad.” "We try to teach the kids what excellence looks like. We try to give them a foundation of the amount of work that it takes to be excellent... What I love about Gigi is her curiosity about the game. She's very curious. Even in a heated situation in a game where it's going back and forth, she can detach herself and come to me and ask a very specific question, which is not common... She's a monster. She's a beast.
