how did mamipede happen

Ok so like there was an actual process of the accident that led to the creation of this monster

so i drew mamis head, right

and i wanted to resize mamis head and move it, right

so i was holding down shift by force of habit because when you resize something in photoshop u can keep proportions the same by holding shift

so i was still holding shift when i moved mamis head and this monstrosity appeared
