Hey there, I don't mind the ask, don't worry. (It's really sweet that you're looking out for her, actually!)
So as we already know her original account got suspended as the result of a user-generated report. Tumblr hasn't gone through with her appeal yet, so it stays that way for now.
As for the account she made after that, I'm pretty sure she deactivated it herself.
On Twitter (X) she mentioned how the WHB fandom over here didn't feel the same anymore and her frustrations with the still unprocessed appeal.
