So this round of recommendations for Candles that smell like daddy Henry!

Redwood by WoodWick, as you can see I’ve been using it quite a lot. Musky, masculine scent. Ooof.

Forbidden Desires by Village Candle. First time I’m trying this brand. First whiff already smells like a very dark, citrusy cologne 😰. Meow!

And the next two recommended to me by mommy @fishcustardandclintbarton Oudwood by WoodWick! Should have bought a bigger one since it smells really good, much more mellow and comforting, sort of like Warm Cashmere by Yankee only stronger scent.

Annnd A night under the stars by Yankee Candle. Smells kind of fresh and a bit earthy 😍!

I saw your posts about what candles Henry would smell like, so i ordered the Midsummers Night Yankee Candle and oh my god it smells so masculine it feels like what i imagine a warm cozy hug from Henry would be!

Oh this one is one of my faves!!!! I also strongly recommend Woodwick - Redwood. It’s SO musky. 😰

No!!! I was just about to answer your previous ASK that the Warm Cashmere hasn’t arrived yet and Amazon said they’ll send a replacement. Hopefully, I’ll get both :P 

How is Misty Mountain? I’m tempted to buy it!

I have probably the most important question for you right now. Did the rest of your candles arrive yet?!? I really want to know how you like Warm Cahsmere. Oh and also I blame you for outting candles in my head, bc I may or may not have ordered .... 6 candles 😅😅

So this guy arrived today. Really interesting scent, does smell like ashes and woodfire, so it’s very soothing and slightly masculine but less Henry like.

But! it has a patent that it makes a crarckling sounds and let me tell yeah it’s the most calming thing in the world.

I think my Cashmere Candle is arriving tomorrow 😍!

...The candle post was in the queue and not insta-reblogged. The post being excited about a candle must have made no sense at the time. Sorry, dear readers!

Anyway, I ordered that Mountain Lodge candle weeks ago, and it does indeed smell like Chris Evans looks. Mens deodorant and winter spices and spruce, if I had to describe it. I wanted to go chop wood just smelling it. Something where I’d have to put on flannel and tromp around outside and do something physical. Now, I don’t do ‘physical’ or ‘outside in the cold’ if I can help it, but the feeling was still there.

(I also ordered what I thought was a medium size and instead got a giant jar of candle, so there’s that too. The lesson is, pay attention to size notations, or something).

Having stuck my nose in both, the Classic Old Fashioned is showing the most promise for The Henry Candle.

Kringle Candle Grey DayLight

Sophisticated to the max, Grey brings together a confident blend of citrus, florals, exotic woods and musk. Undertones of vanilla and Tonka bean provide an elegant base.

If you look past the terrible nod towards 5SOG because EEWWW, NO, i think this might be a Henry Candle contender. Gonna by one and report back.
