when i was a kid i made an mlp oc thats whole shtick was lightning and electricity

many many years later my hero academia anime came out and i saw a character (kaminari denki) that had the exact same hair and electricity thing going on as my childhood mlp oc

so i watched the anime for him and then it turns out he is best friends with the grape head pervert character and it made me so sad
