They like playing with Hakkai a lot because he's more energetic then their brother (poor guy needs a break sometimes)
Mitsuya actually did teach them to not trust delinquent's (despite his friends being delinquent's he knows how dangerous some can be)
They both saw Draken as a second brother
For his birthday, Mitsuya frequently asked only for a hug from both of them which they happily gave him
When they get older, they spoil Mitsuya a lot on his birthday, something they couldn't do as kids.

How old do you think Luna and Mana are? Cause we never get there age confirmed in the anime. My guess is that both of them are Probaly 90’s babies. Given Mitsuya is like what born in 1990 and he seems to be like several years older compared to both Luna and Mana
Yeah that's right we never get official ages or birthday's for them, we can try to use some of the evidence in the manga to work it out though. Ok so we know when Mitsuya runs away Mana was just a baby and Luna appears to be a toddler so likely somewhere between the ages of 2-4
We know that a few months after this meeting Mitsuya and Draken get matching tattoos.
Now this is important because we also know Draken gets his tattoo when he's a 5th year im elementary school
According to Google he should be around 10-11 when he gets his tattoo then (Mitsuya too). So all this went down sometime around the year 2000.
This means Mana was likely born either 1999 or 2000 (we don't know what time of year this all takes place in) and Luna was probably born sometime between 1995-1998. So during the main story which takes place in 2005 they would've been about 4-6 ish and 7-10ish I think?
