代 Cult2：八十前 三思而後紋！

華 D年代，滿街一幅二幅人皮龍鷹虎鳳，每遇紋身蠱惑仔即彈開三呎；現在紋身雖定性為潮物，但三位八十前──靠紋身餬口的紋身師傅 Jimmy、視紋身為黑道象徵的志雄哥和因紀念祖母而紋身的 Phat──還是苦口婆心說：「紋之前三思。」

不紋即燒舖

談紋身，不得不提 Jimmy，他爸爸是香港首個紋身師傅，開設的「 Rose Tatto」亦是香港首間紋身店， Jimmy早在 13歲已幫人紋身：「細個成日俾後母打鬧，嬲嬲哋搬去舖頭瞓，十二點收舖，班鬼佬飲醉酒上門話要紋身，咪拎老竇啲工具幫佢哋紋囉，無正式學過 o架。」兩三年後，他問爸爸借工具顏料於亞士厘道開舖，當時尖沙嘴有很多軍人光顧，「最高峯連續四日，朝十一到凌晨四點都要開工，當時一碗白粥賣斗零，一隻飛鷹收$40，條數好襟計。」 六十年代，香港蠱惑仔多數紋龍、老虎、鷹等大面積圖案，「以前啲大佬好爽快，擺低一千叫我幫三條 o靚紋身；家差好遠，試過有 o靚仔畀$50要我紋大鷹，唔紋燒舖，搞到我要打畀朋友解決；又有一次，有個人背脊紋完條龍去廁所，點知擒窗走。」他紋龍最精：「外國啲龍搞笑好多，好似漫畫咁，我畫龍講求氣勢同姿態，可以認全世界第一。」 近年紋身事業再興起，競爭大了生意反而減少， Jimmy更批評某些師傅根本不識紋身，「喺內地買部機同圖案返嚟印，全無技術可言。」二十年前他搬店到佐敦，別以為紋身師見錢開眼，每個師傅都有自己原則， Jimmy一不紋手指，二不紋頸以上位置，因驚對方後悔，三要看年紀。「唔夠十八歲諗嘢未成熟，唔紋！試過有大佬帶個七八歲仔上門，我話呢個係佢身體，萬一將來後悔盞衰，紋身前真係要諗清諗楚。」

1.        By analyzing the environment of the business, determine if this is an attractive business? Why?  (50%)

2.        Judging from how the shop is managed, do you think the owner/s (or the manager/s) of the shop has what it takes (e.g. skills, knowledge or personality) to run the shop? Support your answer with relevant examples.  (50%)

(Hints: for question 1, you may discuss the general, task or even the physical environment. Geographical location can be a very important factor.)

For practice, try to prepare your own answer at least in point form, I will post my suggestion around the end of September.

說到江湖片，《監獄風雲》肯定是經典之一，飾演大佬盲蛇的志雄哥一身圖案令人印象深刻。他 13歲開始紋身，現全身有超過五十個圖案，第一個紋身是右手的鷹。「嗰陣住山區好多江湖人，成個山啲人都幾乎賣白粉，我無心機讀書，後來加入黑社會，見到班大哥紋身好型，心諗紋番個威吓，即使手瓜超細都紋咗隻鷹，仲要完全唔覺得痛。」紋鷹不單止貪其威猛，還有另一個意義，「唔同圖案代表唔同社團，雙鷹當時代表和字頭，等其他人知道你屬於邊瓣。」

紋身不但為他帶來氣勢，還成為他做演員的契機，「 1976年我為《狂潮》做臨記，識到周潤發、林嶺東等人， 1987年南燕寫成《監獄風雲》劇本，搵我幫手，嗰陣日日帶百幾二百個兄弟開工，套戲先拍得成，第二年拍續集，跟住拍戲拍出癮，之後我喺王晶訪問節目裏面宣佈退出江湖，專心拍戲。」

直到現在，志雄哥仍然有紋身，希望有朝一日，把整個軀體變成一件好有藝術感的外衣，太太和女兒也不反對，「最爆笑係細嗰個陣，細女以為手上面嘅紋身係公仔食物，成日追住我隻手係咁咬。」他不是為紋而紋，如左手的玫瑰代表對父母的孝心，不過他勸戒年輕人別輕易紋身。「我嗰個年代身在江湖，參與其中先會紋身，其實做人好簡單，就係令家庭得到溫飽，細女未出世前我無嘢做，做地盤都係咁捱，最緊要問心無愧。我希望年輕人要自重，唔好掂毒品，踏入黑社會更加係死路，社會唔會遺棄你，年輕人要做學生讀好書，唔好亂咁紋身。」

  尊重皮膚

不知何故，唱 Hip-Pop的人總愛紋身， 24味成員 Phat甚至把個人興趣結集成書，從 20歲和朋友打賭去美國紋了第一個太陽標記，到現在斷斷續續有 17個紋身，心態可分兩個階段講。「第一次孭背囊旅行，心諗去到美國一定要紋身，感覺興奮多過痛。」之後往不同地方，他都會帶一個紀念品回港，到 27歲後，他才自覺真正了解紋身，「 25歲前處於衝動階段，只想填滿空白地方，為紋而紋；到 27歲發現身上空白地方唔多，唔可以再亂浪費『畫紙』，諗圖案同佈局細緻好多。正確紋身觀念係要尊重自己皮膚，紋完唔可以後悔。」

自此，他每個紋身都有一個故事，對以前衝動紋下的圖案有沒有後悔？他堅決說沒有：「即使衝動，都證明嗰陣夠膽，係一種態度嘅表現。」他出紋身書《紋上癮》，源自對嫲嫲的思念及信教。嫲嫲在 1999年過世：「嫲嫲件事對我好大影響，我一直想紋嫲嫲個樣，但十年來始終搵唔到嫲嫲靚相，惟有選紋十字架。啱啱嗰陣 24味做完宣傳，有幾個月空檔，就諗不如將紋身過程紀錄落嚟，後尾仲出埋書。紋完之後，我感受到神嘅訊息，牧師都話我係被揀選嘅，我喺上年 6月洗禮。」他勸年輕人紋身前要三思：「我熱愛紋身，對自己決定無悔，若自問承擔唔到後果就唔好試，身體髮膚受諸父母，可以的話不妨徵求父母意見，問一問都係一個尊重。」

  星之紋身

別以為近年明星才流行紋身，想當年明星已經好 In，懂得找 Jimmy紋身，如狄龍、陳惠敏等壯漢， Jimmy：「佢哋完全唔怕痛。」果然是硬漢。
