She reached to pick the flower out of the vase, a wave of relief filling him as it lifted without a problem, another one coming soon when he saw that the ring was actually still there, and as he turned to look at her, he felt a soft smile grow on his face, the amount of the love he felt for her filling his heart so fully that he wondered, once more, how it could not be bursting from it all, watching as she turned to him, obviously speechless, and he gently reached over to grab for the ring after freeing it from the ribbon, sliding out of the chair he was sitting on until he was on one knee next to her, knowing this part was cliche but not caring, his voice a bit thicker from the emotion he felt as he spoke up. "I've known for so long now that I could never love anybody else but you... and that my life will only ever be happy and perfect if you agree to share it with me. So I'll ask you now, Miranda Faith Stevens... will you marry me?"
