Princess Celestia, with how ponies can control the weather and modify everything with earth pony and unicorn magic, how is that the badlands, the land around appleloosa or even around the crystal empire seems to be 'no pony land'?
“I’m afraid that story still relies on state secrets. There is a chance Princess Twilight may choose to declassify them now, but she has not done so yet... so the short answer I can give is that the ruined lands around Appeloosa and places like the badlands look so bleak because there are no ponies living there to tend them.”
Celestia, as you are retired and have more time, do you plan to go Nightmare Night with Luna?
“Officially, no. I leave that night to her. Unofficially... let’s just say I have been getting practice in with masquerades.”
