Uh, I don't think that Mondstadt clone can really make it up to Babytorre or explain. He's just an asshole, and he would never be humbled enough to apologize, let alone "open up" about his problems. He would definitely clarify that he doesn't like Babytorre, that's for sure, but after the last few times that they've been left alone, I don't think Pantalone would let the two be in a room alone.
Honestly, I think that the likelihood of Dottore licking Pantalone's boots is greater than Mondstadt clone apologizing or being emotionally vulnerable with Babytorre. Seriously. He's a bold asshole, and he's not going to back down just because a baby gives him puppy eyes.
