These past few days I've been enjoying the country side with everything it has to offer: gardening, BBQs, beautiful sunsets and sky full of stars. I also took the time to write for Mika& Danny's story. I've written a lot! Now I have to draw the scenes. But I'm taking it slowly, as I want to draw it digitally. So first is learning how to best use the tablet and the software. This morning I've spent 3 hours redrawing Mika digitally. And somehow he looks different, so I have to keep at it and draw until I'm satisfied with the results. (See today's IG stories) Meanwhile, I've added another memory of Mika and Danny's childhood. It's a scene inspired from what I did couple of days ago while gardening. Lol 😂. Danny's scared and Mika's trolling him again, pushing as fast as he can. Tony (the smol potato from the front) looks thrilled, while Sammy (the little smooch that hides behind Danny) is really scared. It looks fun tho, I'd totally be friends with Mika, lol. I think he resembles me a lot. I do silly stuff like that. (Have you seen my story this weekend? 😂). Anyway, I'll have another post of Mika and Danny's memories for tomorrow, and the series will end here for Instagram posts. After that I'll resume my watercolor illustrations of the red head girl (me?) and Plushy. Meanwhile I'll work on my manga (that will be a webtoon style) behind the scenes. Mika's BFF also grew up into a handsome boy. And now he's taller than Mika. Meanwhile I've decided on BFF's name. He's called Danny. Thank you all for voting. Remember when Mika teased him with the ball? Now they're both of them in the volleyball team, but Danny has the advantage of being tall. Mika has the potato🥔, Danny has Sammy, the 🐼. As you might've guessed, the panda is a gift from Mika. And Danny loves his plush toy too, but he's actually shy and tries to hide it from friend and family (while Mika will carry the potato everywhere is he feels like it). And I have an announcement. I won't be posting on IG until next Monday, as I'm going on a short holiday in a place without internet. I'll be creating more stuff for you, guys. They grow up so fast! I'm a proud momma. Mika grew into a handsome boy and he still hangs out with his potato. During the years he's finally come up with a name. The potato is called Tony. Mika can be such a tease, I swear! Just give him the ball already, don't you feel sorry for your friend?! Anyway, they seem to enjoy a lot their little game. In the background we can see the potato and the backpacks. This is yet another memory to add to their photo album. The story will mention some of these events and they will feel nostalgic. No spoilers. I still have to find a name for the friend. I really like Andy, so I thought to do an anagram of that and call him Danny.
