Here at L'escargot Restaurants we're always looking for the-next-trend in the kitchen. So we did some research and decided to set the next-trend. Meet our #mangalitsa 🐷. Mangalitsa breed is a direct descendant of the European wild boar and is a 'free range' pig. Their meat has less saturated fatty acids (15%), high in minerals like zinc, copper and iron and anti-oxidants, which makes Mangalitsa pork healthier to eat than standard white pork.
