Hello Tumblr gardeners!

I need some help. I noticed my mango had started wilting, so I gave it a bit of water last week. Within two days, it hadn’t perked up any, so I put it in this plate to give it a deep bottom watering. However, now the leaves are wilted and Crispy and I’m honestly not sure whay I did wrong? Did I overwater it? Its been sitting on my windowsill and had been doing fine until this week, does it need even more sun? My other mango seedling is doing alright, is this one diseased? Can I bring it back from the brink, or should I toss it?

This is my other mango, which is smaller but doing fine asides from this single leaf curling.

I’m heading home for winter break this afternoon so any advice would be super helpful!

Another Mango baby! And I’ve already got a fourth seed on top of my boiler going for another try. I just can’t throw out any Mango seeds anymore.. I’m thinking about giving most of them away if I get them all through winter :]

I got another Mango seed to germinate! In just about a week actually. The same steps as last time were taken (link) except for the plastic box being a transparent zip-lock bag. By now I’ve already planted the seed with one of it’s flat sides down in a planter with moist soil. So now we’ll wait again for the first sprout to raise its head above the ground.
