Good morning everyone, I'm looking for some gardening help today. Everything purple you see here got mowed down to dirt level today. The landscaper insists the roots are still there.

My question: what's the best way I can help these plants recover? Thanks in advance. (Eastern Massachusetts)

guys my plant had babies I'm so happy!

Basically for my birthday last year, my friend gave me a 'grow your own plant' kit from Tiger. I am well known for accidentally murdering my plants and I was sure it wouldn't grow but I planted it anyway. Much to my surprise, almost every seed that I planted grew, creating this lovely twisted plant.

I was like, wow I bet this will die within days but I did my best to water it when the soil dried up. Much to my surprise, it grew a flower (I think I cried)

I was very proud of myself and my plant. Since then though, although it has flowered almost every day, lots of the leaves have yellowed and some of the flowers gave way to little bulbs that I realised were seed pods. So I've been collecting the seeds and I planted them today in little pots. Some of the parent plants died when they had their babies and I couldn't save them but a few have survived and I'm doing my best to keep them going as well as planting the seeds in the hopes that they can help my plants to grow.

I think the plant is a morning glory - does anyone have some tips as to how I can make sure all my baby plants and their parents keep going?

I need plant help!

Left these at my parents house and came home to them like this. Should I chop off the dead bit on the right hand one and repot? On the left hand side, should I separate the three ‘bits’ or leave as is? The air roots indicate they need a deeper watering as far as I am aware.

How should I keep birds away from my tomatoes?

Paint rocks red and put them around the plants

Buy tomatoes from the store and inject them with mustard

Put plants at the back of the house (less sunlight but less birds)

Other (put in the tags)

Oh yeah quick question

So my new swamp milkweeds have little brown spots??? Theyve had them since I got them from the store but I feel like the Spot Density is increasing (or I might be crazy) would anyone know what the deal is?

Okay experts, riddle me this: my lavender plants smell like cinnamon. I realize there are different types, and I'm not sure which type they are, but when I cut them and bring them into dry, they don't smell like lavender, but cinnamon. I got some others, which slowly died indoors, they came from a different source, and also had a herbal cinnamon smell. The outside ones are doing fine, the inside ones died, both cinnamon.

I want some lavender that smell like lavender, is it down to type? Did I somehow end up with the cinnamony versions? I also, for some reason, have bad luck growing them specifically, so it's a wonder my outdoor ones are doing so well, but I can't figure out where I'm going wrong, and if the smell is something I'm doing. Please halp.

My nanny gave me some Teddy Bear Sunflower seeds and if anyone had any tips for the best care please let me know! I know they have to be planted a few inches apart and need quite a lot of sunlight and water, but anything would be really helpful!
