Ingredients: 2 oz mango-infused rum. 1 oz fresh lime juice. 0.75 oz simple syrup. 1 egg white. Dash of Angostura bitters. Ice cubes.
Instructions: Put fresh lime juice, simple syrup, egg white, and rum that has been infused with mango in a shaker. For about 10 seconds, shake hard without the ice. Put some ice cubes in the shaker and shake it again for 15 to 20 seconds. Strain the drink into a cocktail glass that has been chilled. Add a little Angostura bitters on top to make it smell and taste better. If you want, you can add a lime wheel or a mango slice as a garnish. Serve and have fun!
